This year, we once again sent our trainees into the race to prove their skills in the playbizz business simulation game. The interactive business simulation offers young talents the opportunity to run a fictitious company as a "manager" and to get to grips with the basics of business administration in a practical way. Participants have to plan and make decisions in areas such as procurement, production, sales, human resources and finance.
Taking part in playbizz is an excellent opportunity for our trainees to put their theoretical knowledge into practice and prove themselves in a competitive environment. The experience gained and the team spirit that is created are priceless

In the preliminary round, which took place from November 2023 to March 2024, our trainees once again prevailed against strong competition from Bavaria and reached the Bavarian state finals for the second time in a row. Although they did not make it to one of the top places in the state finals, we are extremely proud of our trainees' performance.
Not only did they gain valuable business knowledge, but they also gained important experience that will further their professional and personal development.
